Free shipping on all orders — bikes, gear and spare parts — via our DHL partner network.

• Parts, gear & clothing: dispatched within 1–2 business days, delivery in 2–5 business days (Germany), 3–7 business days (rest of EU).
• Bikes: professionally packed in a bike box, dispatched within 2–4 business days, delivery in 5–10 business days. Bikes arrive 95% assembled — you only mount the handlebar, front wheel and pedals (tools and instructions included).
• Tracking: you receive a DHL tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
