Returns & Refunds

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and, for bikes, in the original bike box.
• Outlet bikes are individual, quality-checked units; they can be returned under the same 30-day policy.
• To start a return, contact us at info@canyon-outlet.com with your order number — we will arrange a free DHL return label.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or faulty on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
